NOOR INTERNATIONAL PERSONNEL SERVICES INC. has the capacity to deploy workers requested by our foreign clients within reasonable period of time under ordinary circumstances. Recruitment and processing of documents may take from 2 to 6 weeks from the date upon receive of JOB ORDERS.

For new companies, the following schedule can be implemented on the time as soon as all required documents are made available to NOOR:


1. Accreditation of foregoing principal 1 week
and approval of the corresponding
job orders.

2. Sourcing, technical interview, testing 1 to 2 weeks
(psychological and trade) and personality
evaluation,

3. Travel documents

3.1 Passport Processing 1 to 7 days
3.2 Processing of Overseas Employment Certificate 1 to 2 days
3.3 Visa Application / Issuance 1 to 3 days
3.4 Pre-departure Orientation Seminar 1 day

4. Deployment

TOTAL : Minimum of 2 weeks – Maximum of 6 weeks


Our company is capable of handling expedite and urgent processing of badly needed workers within the period of 2 weeks for accredited companies.


To accredit your company to be our principal, you must need to prepare the following documents:

A. For Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)
Department of Labor and Employment – Manila, Philippines

1. Special power of Attorney
2. Standard Employment Contract
3. Demand Letter
4. Affidavit of Undertaking
5. Photocopy of Commercial Registration or Business Permit
6. Employment Visa

Note: Above documents (1-4) should be authenticated by the Philippine
Consulate near your site

B. For The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia

1. ** Electronic Visa Authority
2. Original or copy of VISA RECEIPT

** can be obtain from the nearest Saudi Recruitment Company near your site


NOTE: Other documents may be required from the principal once the above-mentioned requirements have been evaluated.
